Personal Care Assistant

We are actively recruiting for PCA's across various locations within the Southeast, Bayside, Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and in the scenic Mornington Peninsula area. We have abundance work available for casual shifts, short term assignments & ongoing assignments in ONE facility.

Shift times available either AM, PM, or ND from 8 hrs up to 12 hrs per shift

We are looking for enthusiastic PCA's that are passionate about their work and have a genuine interest in caring and assisting the elderly. Qualified Carer's that can work in several roles within the aged care industry will be highly regarded. If you are a PCA with additional kitchen, laundry, or housekeeping skills, we would love to hear from you.

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care | Individual Support
• Flu vaccinated for 2022
• Must be fully Covid vaccinated (1st, 2nd & booster)
• Valid Employment Police Check
• Must have valid work rights
• Experience in Aged Care facilities (essential) & knowledgeable in ACQS
• Excellent clinical documentation abilities & practiced skills for delivering safe, thorough and respectful care for residents
• Exceptional Customer Service & Time Management Skills
